Option 3: Private Porch

A private porch, where you can hold family gatherings or simply lounge with friends, is also a good alternative to the carport and private garden. You can convert this into an area where the whole family can enjoy playing board games or into a reception area for entertaining guests. Standard garden grass will be provided on a portion of your private porch. All you need to provide is your picnic table set or your lounge chairs. Maintenance of the table, chairs, grass and other ornamental plants will be care of the account of the unit owner.
